We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. As a sole trader not currently VAT registered, no VAT is added to our prices.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on all UK orders, with delivery typically within 3-5 business days. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns process is governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day return window from delivery and refunds processed within 14 days of receiving your return. This is in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law.
