Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover the cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at contact@thetidykitchen.shop. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
